Our cows are Brown Swiss, a breed known for their magnificent contribution to cheese making. They produce lower volumes than other dairy breeds yet it is rich in kappa casein for cheese.  We switched to Brown Swiss in 2012, as we saw that they were healthy, with good feet and longevity. They thrive on good grassland. We have grown to love them as they have personality, they are bold and curious, they love to skip and play!
