Binham Blue

A creamy “melt in the mouth “ blue cheese.

Walsingham

A  hard, pressed
matured cheese. Ideal for a real Norfolk ploughman’s lunch.
Also available smoked.

Catherine and Stephen went on a cycling holiday in the Jura, the foothills of the French Alps, when they made Comté to learn the technique.

Wighton

A Soft fresh tangy cheese made to a local recipe.

more senior Norfolk residents told me of this being for sale wrapped in cabbage leaves in the 1930s, and being sold from baskets on the back of a donkey in Wymondham in the 1950s.
