Join Our Team as Food Production Technical and Quality Manager

We're an award-winning producer of artisan cheese, crafted with care using the milk from our own herd of Brown Swiss cows. Our commitment to animal welfare and climate-sensitive farming is at the heart of everything we do. Powered by green energy (biogas and solar), our farm produces 30 -35 tonnes of exceptional hard and soft cheese annually, using 7,000 litres of milk each week.

Your Role:

As the Food Production Technical and Quality Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards that have made our cheese award-winning. You'll oversee and refine production systems, ensuring compliance with regulations while upholding the integrity and flavour of our product.

  • You love exceptional food and have a deep appreciation for artisan cheese. You may be wishing to develop your own products.

  • You understand the technical and regulatory aspects of food production.

  • You're committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
